Dealing with difficult people and situations is a function of our personality, communication style, experience, role models and many other factors.
People and situations are too complex for easy answers – there are no “silver bullets”.We can manage these situations by careful planning, skill development and understanding how each of us contributes to the problem.
Beverly will share in her presentation; the reasons why people are difficult, the types of difficult behaviors, and the coping skills as well as techniques we need to resolve these issues that affect each of us.
