Dealing with difficult people and situations is a function of our personality, communication style, experience, role models, and many other factors.

People and situations are too complex for easy answers – there are no “silver bullets”.

We can manage these situations by careful planning, skill development, and understanding how each of us contributes to the problem.

Beverly will share in her presentation; the reasons why people are difficult, the types of difficult behaviors, and the coping skills as well as techniques we need to resolve these issues that affect each of us.
