FOND DU LAC Chapter: Working Successfully in a Global Business by Theresa Weber of Kohler Company

Theresa Weber, Director of Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems at Kohler Company,will be the speaker at the April 11 Women in Management chapter meeting held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel from 11:30-1p.m.  Reservations to attend are due by Friday, April 6.

In her presentation,Working Successfully in a Global Business, Weber will share the challenges and experiences of working in a world-wide business setting. Weber, who  has 12 years of experience in a global leadership role, oversees a team of associates located in at Kohler’s corporate headquarters in nearby Kohler as well as overseas in Shanghai, China; Delhi,  India and Cheltenham in the United Kingdom.  She will talk about the attributes that have led to her success in the global market.

Women in Management, Inc. is a networking group and educational opportunity for area businesswomen who are in management positions or who are business owners. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month from September through June. Each meeting features a networking opportunity, lunch and a speaker.
